The Miracle in Seeds

Imagine an apple seed. I promise you’ll never think of them the same again.

Plant the seed in soil and what grows? An apple tree. And what is on the tree? Apples. And what are inside those apples? More seeds. Do you see the point. The future of an apple seed is an apple orchard and it’s all found within.

Would you like to know the secret?

Environment. Place the seed on a window sill and nothing happens. Place the seed in good soil with water and sunlight and the miracle begins. The future of the seed is within the seed. Environment is the key.

Guess what? Your golf game is no different. The player you could become is already within you. The problem is you’ve never created the right environment. People don’t need soil but we still need an environment that promotes growth.

So what creates a good environment to build the game we desire? I’ll let you chew on this one for a while. Here’s a couple clues: information, influences, people.

Become a philosopher and think about what you have just read. It can only be considered tragedy for someone to neglect their most powerful ally, thought!
